recently bought myself an 80lb weighted vest. I've only worked up to 40lbs so far and have used it to climb the stairs from 30 mins to 45 and now an hour. I also use partial weights for pull ups and push ups. It's fun to challenge myself and also gives me more sympathy for those who are trying to lose extra weight because it's a lot harder when you weigh more! What are you doing to up your workouts?
